Acacia has worked in a capacity-building context with multiple clients. This has ranged from providing coaching services to SMEs to designing, moderating, and delivering capacity-building workshops to fund managers and national promotional banks. As a result of its work at the forefront of innovation in companies and funds, capacity building and strengthening of young teams has always been an inherent component of the team’s work. The Acacia team has been involved over many years in company and fund management team capacity building.
In this project, Acacia:
- Was actively involved in designing, preparing, and delivering capacity-building workshops to groups of fund managers and companies seeking to understand the European Blue Economy opportunity better.
- Designed and delivered 4 workshops providing detailed capacity-building support in the blue economy, impact investing, investment strategies, and investment proposal preparation.
- Has developed and delivered similar material to the European National Promotional Banks as part of an EIB-sponsored program.
